Cadence + Caffeine heads to Rise & Brew Coffee in Valley Center for our next meetup. We're taking things a little off the beaten path with five easy miles, open space, and a route that's a little different from our usual city loops.

We'll be cruising the gravel paths and trail system, making our way to Harvest Park where we'll stop, regroup, and make sure everyone's together before heading back. Feeling good? There will be opportunities to add a little extra mileage along the way.

This one's about exploring a different side of North County, getting in some relaxed miles, and supporting a local coffee shop while we're at it. Let's consider carpooling to keep the lot a bit free.
